Incoming materials are meticulously inspected and tested. All green sand must meet the rigid standards of SanCasT’s fully equipped sand laboratory. A comprehensive SPC program ensures the high quality of every casting produced and covers the entire production process from metallurgy to melt-control to final inspection.
